I have to do ng+4 now because everytime i fck up this quest line
What do i need to do to get her soul for the spell and how do do i keep alive Company Captain Yorshka at the same time?

You go through Siris' quest first, it fails if you give a tongue to Rosaria and Leonhard's quest can be done at the end of the game.

• Talk to Leonhard at Firelink, he gives you some Cracked Red Eye Orbs.
  
  
• Do some other stuff, killing a boss is often the trigger for quests to continue but others can be instant. Even just reloading the area by warping to the same bonfire will continue the quest if the conditions are met.
  
  
• Come back and he'll give you the key to the lift in HWOL. Go down and kill the Darkwraith. Even if you have the Red Eye Orb, you still have to do this to procede.
  
  
• Go back to Leonhard again and he'll tell you to come to Rosaria.
  
  
• Go to Rosaria and give her 1 Pale Tongue. Leonhard will now be standing near the entrance to the bed chamber. Talk to him again and he'll tell you about invasions. He's telling you that red phantoms are every man for himself but Yellowfinger thenks they should stick together and team up against hosts etc.
  
  
• Go away again and do some more stuff. Come back to the Bed Chamber and Rosaria will be dead. Pick up the Black Eye Orb.
  
  
• Go to Gwynevere's room in Anor Londo and use the Black Eye Orb to invade Leonhard's world. Kill him and retrieve the Soul of Rosaria and some of his gear.
  
  
• You can now either smoosh the soul back into Rosaria's body but this has no effect. You can still use her corpse for all your Pale Tongue stuff. Trade the soul with Ludleth for Bountiful Sunlight, which restores 10HP per second for 60 seconds with an AOE.
  
  
• Regen spells do not scale at all, not with spell buff, nor faith. They're good for characters who don't meet the requirements for instant heal spells. However, Great Heal requires 25 Faith and scales with spell buff, which itself scales with faith. Bountiful Sunlight requires 35 faith and restores fa fewer HP.

mostly a hacker bumped into your game and killed her
or maybe you killed her ( not intentionally)

I couldn't have killed her. I just opened her bonfire after I got 30 ears. But she wasnt there. So i thought i did some quest wrong.
