Steam prices are stupid, mostly because they realize they have practically a monopoly on the computer gaming market. Where do you guy to buy/download/play PC games? 90% of the time people would say "steam." So they know people will still buy at the higher prices because, well, where else ya gonna go buy it that you'd trust? I honestly wouldn't expect to see the DS3 DLC go on sale... well.. ever. The base game MAY (in 2-3 more years) drop in price down to $39.99 or something, but I think we're still a good ways off from even that happening. maybe once the next "souls" game (ie: w/e from makes next that uses the same overall playstyle as the souls games) gets announced and is nearing release, we'll see ds3 price drop and maybe the dlc price drop not all that long after. But again, we're still years off from that
