Dark Firelink Shrine bonfire
If I light it does it end the game early or affect my ending somehow?

Nope. The only ending that locks you in is if you complete Yuria's questline.

the one in untended graves? There isnt a bonfire IN the shrine as far as I know.. is there? Anyway, no, the only thing that forces you into an ending is ... well.. yurias quest line. But, while I haven't tested it, you might actually be able to even get out of that ending if you kill yuria just before you kill the soul of cinder. So, theres no "forced" ending as far as I know. IIRC you can follow a path that will unlock all 3 (4) endings in one playthrough, then its up to you to pick which happens.

Basically do yuria's quest line, get the eyes and give them to the kepper, get to the end of the game and kill soul. Before you light the last fire, you can: summon the firekeeper to snuff it out (and attack her just before the end of the cutscene for that optional dirtbag ending), kill yuria and then light it w/o summoning firekeeper for the normal ending, or just light it and get yuria's ending. At least I THINK thats how you do it. Theres a guide up somewhere I'm sure thatll lay it all out for sure
