All of his attacks can be rolled.
No such thing, he has no stunlock combos.
Not in phase 2.
If you're using buffs, use fire or bleed during phase 2. Bleed should work very well against him. Even god kings can bleed.
For example, he will rarely ever use his 'triple spear thrust' and more often than not only do 1 or maybe 2 melee thrusts in a row. You will see what I mean once you start thinking of the Boss in this way... he is the only boss in the game that chooses from a variety of combos.

This is my YouTube LP that I am currently doing and @ 3 hours in I kill him, started at 2:25:00
Watch the moments leading up to that kill if you want to better understand how he works.
For an example, Pontiff Sulyvahn can extend his combos or shorten them depending on the distance between you and him.
You can use a high physical and lightning absorb shield (Lothric Knight Shield) to block, but chip damage will still come through.
Sorcerers can buff their shield with Great Magic Shield to nullify the damage.
Fast weapons recommended, and he is weak to lightning.
