For me the worst designed enemies in DS3
Hands down the Ring City dlc. Of course this is a high level area and they enemies are certainly not invinsible by any stretch but the enemies are a bore for every level character in my opinion. Curse enemy is whatever, old jar can priest which can target you with his spell even when you are out of his lign of sight is whatever, spear knight with their humoungous shield and poise are whatever and the sword knights with their super fast r1 spam are whatever. Worst offender: ugly dudes which keep pushing you and hit you with a pencil to take hlaf of your health. Bosses are great in this dlc (except man/woman halflight which is garbage) but enemies not so much.

Also not to trigger more than 1.
I know how to deal with them but it's a boring area IMO
Really? I actually quiet enjoy it.
Except for encounters with chain-axe guys. They're the worst.

Everybody else - parry, parry, parry, parry...

yeah the big axe guys have infinite poise... little ones with dagger i usually parry too but overall i usually run past most of the area... maybe played too much

infinite poise ? what are you using as a weapon ? a one handed dagger or what ? they stagger after 3 or 5 hits if you have a greatsword or a UGS

Mate, You wouldn't see me complain about the ringed city. I actually liked it compared to the dung heap that is AoA.

Only enemy I really find annoying is the turtle dudes. I don't know how they work, and so I just spam R1 on them until they don't feel like somehow blocking my attack.

AoA isn't THAT bad.

heh.

it sucks.

50K dogs/wolves. Annoying Spears coming out of the snow, impossible to see. Dog boss that isn't Sif. Dog Mini Bosses that let you know the boss's moveset before even starting the battle. Champion ♥♥♥♥♥ are AIDS on NG+7. Crow Quill ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ need no comment.

Friede is gud tho. Das gud fite.

Ringed City is godlike though. Best DLC, other than Artorias of the Abyss. (Don't hurt me if you disagree)

They are basically perma-shielded bastards.
Either you neeed an anti-sheild move (kick, straight sword shielf-lifting WA) and a slow attack speed.
I found that they wouldn't go into heal mode if i spam R2 instead or R1. Dont know why.

eh. I'll still just him them until they die, and roll out of their healing ♥♥♥♥. Still pretty annoying to deal with though.

Dogs and the Serpent Men still piss me off more than them though.

yes I do, and the snake axe guys can be staggered after a few hits

In order of appearance:

Pus of Man, Thralls, Pike hollows, Demon Clerics, Irithyll Slaves, DOGS, Irithyll Jailers, everything in Archdragon Peak, Rot Flies, that one Earthseeker Millwood Knight, Ringed City clerics, and probably a few more that I'm forgetting.

What this game lacks in bad bosses, it more than makes up for with bullѕhіt mobs.
Mephisto Sep 7, 2017 @ 2:59pm
1. Serpent Men
2. Rock Lizard dudes in Archdragon Peak
3. Corvian Knights
4. Dogs
5. Irithyll Jailors
