All mods are a risk in DS3, unless you exclusively play offline and have no interest in online features.

iGP11 is safe to use all it does it replace textures the game can't detect you doing that and anyone telling you so is stupid.

Also stuff like Reshades are safe to use as well. Only time you even get banned on DS3 is if you do dumb crap on CE or pick up hacked items.

hacking items in or picking up items from hackers is NOT the only way to be banned in DS3

iGP11 in and of itself won't get you softbanned. So long as you don't make any save edits or things the weekly control scan looks for, you'll be fine.

it's safe, i've been using it since i started the game. especially since this game doesn't have keyboard icons for some reason

Lmao that's about as dumb as this thread. Being in a game with a cheater for any duration wont ban you. That doesn't even make sense.

even though it's unrelated, I can confirm that x360ce and "souls unsqueezed" don't get you banned. and that, of course, just being in the same world with a cheater doesn't. it's true that there's a cheat that can take control of your character and force on it items that can get you banned, but it's not the same thing (and very few cheaters can do that).

also, it seems they stopped banning people altogether, but we can't be sure they aren't gonna start doing it again.
