What do you do when they Alt + F4 out?

After 2000 hours combined in Dark Souls 1-3, plus another 500 in Bloodborne, I still don't know how to react to Alt F4 quitters. What's the reasoning behind quitting?

How do you guys react when someone quits? I tend to tell myself I did so good I forced them to quit, then again, it still doesn't feel right. E.g. when someone does this in Mortal Kombat they instantly lose all the rounds and counts as the best outcome for me, it feels good when someone ragequits, here it's just... hey I wasted some time beating some useless sc*m, next on the list?

TL;DR: How do you guys react well to quitters.

Not even, you can buy both covenant reward spells from the ghost at the castle on NG+2.

Yeah I do this as well, it's usually something like "f*cking piece of sh*t player". I still believe someone who quits something as meaningless as this just fails in life completely.

You might say this is an overreacted assumption, but it is what it is.

One day there was the diablo 2 necromancer, and the players said he was good. Some time after Diablo 3 also brought the necromancer, and they said he was OP. Today we have Maurice, master necromancer with a 2 year old necropost. All hail Maurice.

On topic now, if you're bad just play offline and get rid of invasions from other players. 500k means you aren't level 1, so learn to play already, invaders are always at a disadvantage except level 1 twinks at high wall invading non-twinks.

Calling other people "Beta" while being the last in the queue for bad players is laughable, git gud.

Here's the big difference: Mortal Kombat is a fair and balanced PVP focused competitive 1v1 fighter game. Dark Souls is a Dark Fantasy RPG with integrated multiplayer. Why would they add in plug pull punishments in a game that's essentially skyrim with multiplayer?

I have no words to tell you how dumb this comment was at all. That's like saying a car is just a glorified dinosaur corpse eating machine that happens to move when it farts. You compare Dark Souls it like multiplayer was a mod by fans when it's actually a core mechanic, but apparently you're also one of those idiots that Alt+F4 which I enjoy to invade from time to time.

Since FromSoft does a terrible job at balancing every aspect of it for...what, 5-th time? Yeah, it might be called a fan pre-alpha mod, lol.

As for quitters...dunno. Do as what I did in CSGO/Doom/Quake, when some crybaby in voicechat regequits by pulling the plug - just shrug and ignore them. By making these threads, you, people, make them special and important.

To be honest I didn't even remember what the thread was about since I made it in 2017, some undertaker went scavenging. I no longer care, don't play this game too often any more.
