It doesn't really matter much. Personally I would go through Cathedral of the Deep first because the boss of the area is easier. However, you can go through the Farron Keep area to grab some titanite and come back to the boss later.
you will need a item to go past the catacombs from cathedral.

No none of those require the deacons to be killed for patches and Seig you have to open a certian door toward the end of the area for Sirris you need to find the dreamchasers ashes and give them to the hand maiden at the shrine.

No those events simply happen very close to each other there is a large set of doors near the boss fight that when opened triggers Patches and Siegward

I maybe missing something but I am not seeing the requirement that the Deacons have to be dead for those quests to progress, but you have to kill the deacons reguardless.

Also not that guide is mostly pointing you toward one ending the "dark lord" ending I don't know what path you are following but some stuff has been left off of that guide.

The one he linked is basically guideline for starters, they have more specific info about sidequests on personal pages of characters involved.

Fair enough but the fact that it skips some stuff like if you're not doing the dark lord ending you must kill the pilgrim to save Anri or the fact that it is perfectly safe to tell Anri what happened to Horace if you killed him in the smoldering lake makes me feel that the guide could be a little more polished. Also not everyone will run to every single page for the side quests.

im going for the usper ending and that is the guide i read...for the info i wrote down for person quest i found a guide on youtube listing step buy step and that is were i read that sig and patches are both in the catheradl and that is were it mentions the deconds needing to be dead....is there an actuall guide i can read to find out how to complete the npc quests?
First time i have gone through Farron Keep, till the Catacombs. Then i swapped back to the Cathedral. Now i do the Cathedral first.

Cathedral is about a 40-60 area.. Farren Keep is about a 50-80 area
