Could someone tell me a good sl 100 build for frayed blade?

Frayed Blade has no Dark Scaling. Priestess Ring is absolutely useless, and with 40 Dex so is the Hunter's Ring and Carthus Milk Ring.

It has D/A Scaling in Strength and Dexterity. SL100 is a strange level, you'll be invading the 125 meta at a disadvantage. :/

Still, 40 Dexterity is both the requirement and the recommended level too. Given that it has no use for Strength particularly or for Faith and Intelligence at all, you could invest a number of points into Vigor, Endurance and Vitality, though I'd suggest no less than 20 Attunement, preferably 25.

You'll need decent FP to make good use of the Weapon Arts. Vitality is just to boost defences, if you use light armour you'll die in a few hits without Vit, and it also allows you to use heavier armour anyway.

Endurance, because it chews through Stamina quickly. The weapon is great for combos. R1, R1 and then a roll catch R1, R1 again if they roll sideways, or the L2+R1 if they roll backwards.

The L2+R2 is fantastic when unlocked for catching people trying to backstab or roll around you.

Suggested Rings ::
- Leo Ring is good for running R1s, but encourages a cheap playstyle, so use in moderation.

- Lloyd Sword Ring - 10% damage boost at full HP. With this build you don't want to be getting hit or trading anyway, this ring is great if you're good at avoiding damage, otherwise don't bother.

- Chloranthy Ring. As I said, it chews through Stamina, this is a necessity.

- Ring of Favor. A boost to HP, Stamina and Equip Load. Not a necessity, but it's a good ring if you have a spare slot.

10AR is minimal, and not worth it. Given that uses two ring slots, there are rings that can do a lot more for any build.

thanks, I just noticed this weapon has a very low durability, so is there a way to incraese it?

It's fine. It'll last long enough. Use Repair Powder if necessary, but the Wood Grain Ring isn't worth a slot.

Durability in this game is an absolutely non-issue, trust me.
