Then it's not a port forwarding problem. Port forwarding problem in DS would be that you don't find/summon people to play with, login would still be possible. Check your firewall maybe?

I tried to make the wifi router with my phone and the Dark souls 3 went online. I also tried disabling the Windows Firewall and Router's firewall. What can it be?

This isn't Hamatchi server minecraft. The steam Servers take care of it all.

I just solved this problem for myself for anyone who is seraching these on google for an answer. Went into my modem using the 192.168.0.1 on google and set it's firewall to minimum and I could log in. Hope this helps :)
