Change game language to English to see if you get a ban notification?

No idea. Sometimes the server locks me out for a few hours, but never a whole week.

Reset your connection (restart router or something), verify integrity of game cache, try closing ALL unnecessary programs (like torrent or antivirus). Share if it helped or not.

Wait, is the problem that you can't connect to game server, or you just can't interact with people online? There is a pretty big difference.

I used to be able to connect to the servers and interect with people , i mostly just played with friends and maybe some invasions , but now i can't even connect to the game server. It's failing to connect to the game servers.
This is the only game i have problems with right now on steam , i can play pretty much any other game online.

Did you try the 3 possible solutions I wrote? If not, try them, and tell us if it worked or not.

Check your host file and your firewall, you are pretty much blocking yourself/ds login server in some way.
Also you can try to port forward for your computer: https://portforward.com/ports.htm

Instead of port forwarding, it's easier to put yourself in demilitarized zone, which removes all problems the router can cause. I it works after that, the issue was with the router firewall, and you can try to figure it out or just stay in demilitarized zone.

If it doesn't help, then I have no idea what the problem might be...

EDIT: There are really obscure solutions to problems, like there was a racer game, one of the burnouts that you had to disable the MICROPHONE to get it to work... I mean wat.

Demilitarized zone would be the worst suggestion it's like throwing your hardware firewall away and should only be done for testing. Eg. you'll be open to any attack type from the internet including the current wannacry ransomware, so don't do that.

It's called "hosts" and you can do network stuff with it, if it's in it's original forrm then you
don't have to worry about it.

They took down the servers because of an RCE exploit that can allow hackers to invade your PC.
