This is the only game i have problems with right now on steam , i can play pretty much any other game online.

If it doesn't help, then I have no idea what the problem might be...
EDIT: There are really obscure solutions to problems, like there was a racer game, one of the burnouts that you had to disable the MICROPHONE to get it to work... I mean wat.
Demilitarized zone would be the worst suggestion it's like throwing your hardware firewall away and should only be done for testing. Eg. you'll be open to any attack type from the internet including the current wannacry ransomware, so don't do that.
It's called "hosts" and you can do network stuff with it, if it's in it's original forrm then you
don't have to worry about it.
