Dlc worth it?

ive just finished my first playthrough on pc. should i buy the dlc or is it not very good? How many bosses does it have and is the pvp good , NO SPOILERS PLEASE?!!!

I heard that it has 2-3 hours' worth of playtime. That is too little for me and thus I didn't buy it.

It's not even 2-3 hours I finished it in less than that. It's really short and only has 2 bosses and 1 of them is really lame. Don't buy it

Everyone hated on the DLC because of the 2/3 hours of gameplay, but you have to look on the other side of things. It's super fun, and it's just 15$. I understand that 15$ is more to some than others but if you're thinking about buying it chances are you can drop 15 without an issue. A meal at ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mcdonalds costs more than that.

Just buy it, totally worth it if you can spend 15.

Also, considering you just beat the game once you're probably not the greatest. So it will take you probably 4 hours if you explore everything.

it is a short dlc yes, but it does add a few good new things, and some good new weapons that are strong in their own right as well!

Pyromancers finally have a good weapon for them, dex intel build with freide's scythe is possible now, the arena is nice, and all the new armors are cool too!

However if you plan on buying the dlc just get the season pass, not only will it be cheaper, but you also will be getting the second dlc which will most likely release in late february or early mid march maybe, which is also supposed to be a bit bigger than the first dlc and include more things based on the story.

As a quick review of the dlc it has only 2 bosses, one being slightly boring, the other being possibly one of the best boss fights in all the souls like games from has released.

The area is well designed, the enemys are hard (this dlc is much harder than the base game i can assure you that) and the weapons are all great! (some are better than others but they all do pretty well overall)

I do recomend you get it if you want some more gameplay thats "new" but if you also injoy pvp then i will also say get this soley for the arena that will most likely get more areas with the next dlc or a patch!

The mobs in the DLC are super weak, so you will probably kill everything in 2 hits if you have a +9/+10 wearpon. I think it's aimed at people at SL50-60.

I would advice you buy it when it's on sale if you just want to run through it once, it is super short and you will feel you didn't get your money's worth. If 15$ is not an issue for you then go for it.

DLC is never worth it, its aids and they shave off what would of been part of the main game, I have the DLC and its not worth it atleast the first one its not and I have like 100+ hours on this game

I have the dlc, And i think it's worth it. Then again i've never been the every dollar i spend i want an hour worth of content kind of person. (if you are you'll hate it)

The final boss of the DLC is one of the best (if not the best) boss fight in soulsborne series imo. The weapons are really fun and have neat weapon arts. The lore is really interesting. And the arena is great.

Yeah it's short but it's quality over quantity.

It's really not worth it. It's super short (think I ran my buddy through it in 30 minutes, killing everything and collecting everything) and arena is pretty much useless, unless you just like to 1v1, but then you can just do that at pontiff with your ember.

I won't detail the DLC specifics, but it has 2 bosses. One is garbage, but the second, final DLC boss has multiple stages and is enjoyable. The DLC includes a number of different weapons, at least 1 should be interesting. Finally, the first DLC has some very nice armor sets, though they don't do anything remarkable(like most armor pieces). It isn't probably worth $15 for some people, but the DLC weapons are nice, and I enjoy the armor presented in it.
