People say nameless king is the hardest however his first phase is easy to roll through with practice and his second phase can never get close to you if you use a crossbow and dodge.
So......The twin princes.....even with people it's hard and the DLC boss is a total joke with people.
In the whole series that one blue thing from ds2 from what I have heard but from my time spent that would go to Manus from ds1.

Nameless King is the most strongest boss lore-wise, he's supposedly Gwyn's first child.
For DS2 i'd choose Raime.
DS1? Well that would be Gwyn.

Well idk, but I would say they're of equal strength.

I was thinking about the Soul of Cinder cuz...y´know, he´s the combination of all those who linked the flame. That include Gwyn.....

Id have to say, Aldia

Shard of Manus Jan 10, 2017 @ 4:28pm
From Dark Souls 3 - Soul of Cinder, Pontiff Sulyvahn, potentially even the Old Demon King.

From Dark Souls 2 - Aldia, Darklurker or the Shards of Manus. Consider Alsanna's immense power having frozen the entirety of Eleum Loyce and potentially single-handedly stopped the spread of Chaos... I imagine she would be an extremely difficult boss fight... one we can only wish was implemented.

From Dark Souls 1 - Manus or the bearers of the Lord Souls.

It's impossible to say there's any one that necessarily tops the list, but those are my choices.

DS1: Manus.
DS2: Shards of Manus.
DS3: Soul of Cinder, Nameless King, Yhorm.

the Gwyn we fight in the game is a shadow of himself after he share his lord souls then link the fire for more then a 1000 years. his first born even now mostly hollowed didnt used as much souls as him.

Out of all the games it'd probably be Manus, he'd likely be more powerful than all of the other Lord Soul bearers, considering that his is the only one who's power actually grew. All the other Lords withered as they used their power, Nito's soul points this out. Considering that they're supposed to be the most powerful beings if his power started there and only grew after it, he'd likely be the most powerful. Also consider that he was personally strong enough to spawn the final boss for the next game after his death, and another being that was strong enough to contain CHAOS, literal uncontrollable fire. And then that one chick who wanted to sit there with Sinh, she wasn't too bad, but was definately annoying and powerful at least. Considering that all of this happened just from Manus' left over power, would have to assume he was pretty damn powerful, likely the most powerful of bosses we've fought.

Like with some other bosses im not sure if the Manus that we fought is the strongest personification of himself.....i mean, in the dlc is a mindless beast. He could be even more powerful in his first form?
