[Solved] Late game soul farming
3 winged knights on top of the roof, up the elevator from the grand archives bonfire.
17k per kill, x3.
Still the best spot? I haven't ventured too deep into the dlc's yet.
Just wondering if I should grind from sl105 to 120+ here, or somewhere else.

I used to farm bosses a year ago, but just coming back now - this game is proving to be like dark souls 1.. very time consuming to get summoned, if ever.

i like farming the lone ringed knight before gael he gives 30k in ng 1 i think with full farming gear and hes easy to kill if you know how to parry. im ng 4 now and he gave 40k i think with no farming gear

Make sure to wear the Symbol of Avarice and Silver Serpent Ring and swap to the Shield of Want and Mendicant's Staff before you recieve the souls for each kill. You end up getting more like 100k souls per run on NG.

Easiest but most boring way is to kill the respawning knight at Archdragon Peak. Use the shield of want, the symbol of avarice, and the covetous silver ring for 10k per kill. Each kill is basically just a backstab as he spawns, then a charged R2 as he gets up.

An earlier farming spot is killing the two giants right after Pontiff Sulivan. They drop an unusually large amount of souls.

still the best spot. bring rapport so make each run much faster

Yeah, the golden winged knights are much more fun. boning out, and getting back there breaks up the monotony. 51k per run without avarice. Plus they drop weapons, gems and large titanite which can be sold. I've had more than my fill of arch dragon peak farming lol, a bit too easy.

Lothric Knights before Lorian offer a decent chunk of change on souls.
Those blue Knights are easiliy work thousands each not to mention the cannon fodder not too far behind it.
Rapport one and observe the steel chair incident from The Boondocks.
