Why is there no GOTY edition?

Why is there no GOTY edition for the PC?

Both the X1 and the PS4 have a GOTY edition with all the DLC for around €50.

You can buy the base game plus season pass on pc for 42 euros right now, and you're complaining?

Anyways, the question was why there is no GOTY edition. Some people might not have enough money to buy this game in this particular sale, but what about a week from now? Why shouldn't it be €50 forever like on the consoles?

Here's how I imagine the suits at Bamco / Miyazaki on their inner monologue.

Damn PC players, damn 60fps demands or it won't sell making us have to work harder, damn random user fixing our DS1 in 10 minutes making us look bad, damn them. They get no mods now at all. We won't do a thing about the over rampant hacker problem.

It's on humble bundle store for 42 euros... steam key and all, but w/e keep complaining.

There is GOTY edition for the PC. Fire Fades Edition.
Just not on steam for who knows what reason.

Fire fades edition is just rebranded Deluxe edition, and Dark souls 3 is a steam only game...

Fire Fades (aka GOTY) Edition for PC = Physical copies of the game for certain regions (Europe, Asia and Japan)
Which explains why steam don't carry it. Basically just get the Deluxe Edition on steam, its the same, just that it's a digital copy.
