Is there a place to farm Ember offline?
All the bosses (save for DLC) are dead, and I really need an Ember. I tried doing some invasions, but as far as I can tell, people keep logging out just as I get in. It's nothing against the other players, but I just need an Ember for the first Ringed City Boss(es). So...do any enemies drop Ember? Note that I have VERY low luck.

Lothric Knights drop them quite often. Use item discovery boosting items.

These are the standard (but strong) looking Knights, for example, right near the Lothric Castle Bonfire, right? Not the taller ones with horned helms?

Lothric Knights outside the castle using the Dancer bonfire. They're squishy compared to the ones inside and drop embers like confetti.

Yes you can without being embered, people still see your sign. I recommend helping others with Nameless King or Twin Princes since there are lots of activities there

White soap stone, help people do boss fights. You get an ember if the boss is beaten.

Yes you can without being embered, people still see your sign. I recommend helping others with Nameless King or Twin Princes since there are lots of activities there

Man, that was intense! Not only did it restore my Ember, but I still got a spare one to use in case I screw up! Much appreciated! :)
