Grand Archives question *spoiler-ey*?

Does anyone know what I can only describe as "snoring" behind one of the book cases is in the Grand Archives?

You can see an enclosed area of book shelves if you go right above where the drop off would be, the same area that the Crystal Sage teleports to last. You can hear the snoring the best where the wax tub is where the two pigmy guys drop down.

I tried googling it and literally nothing comes up.

I figured it out. There's a lever right next to where you drop down onto that bridge and it opens up the bookcase, there is a ring in there. It's some dead guy reading a book on a chair.

I was going to mention... that last bridge where the crystal sage teleports too... if you follow the left railing (heading towards the staircase to the elevator) there will be a break.

If you drop off of the break in the railing, you'll land on a hidden crystal lizard.
(Perhaps, this is the sound you think is snoring?)

I know it's a tad late. But i've heard it too, and in anor londo, on the pontyff's church i hear like heavy breathing or a snore too.
