About the 4th angel...

Well, there is another angel right after The Drag Heap bonfire. Looks like it appears after some events.

It is possible to find the real body down in the ground?

Are you referring to the angel that appears after you complete the 2nd part of the dlc right in the beginning over the dead pilgrim woman?

And can anyone hit it? I can't test cause I've never been able to reach them with my lightning spears lol

That angel is the old hag, after she died she became the angel. And, you can't find the real body.
And yes, it will hit you only if you hit it.
And if you kill it, it won't re-spawn unless you re-load the map.
To me, this is the ultimate angel.

Yeah it aggros. I managed to hit it with a couple of arrows and it shot light beams at me. I only did 1 damage per shot so i gave up pretty quick.

Oh wow. Maybe that one isn't killable then. Weird how the other angels are linked to those weird things. But the hag is straight up dead.

if you look at the base of those worm-like things that spawn the angels, you can see what appears to be the blackened remains of a pilgrim.

Perhaps that's what is growing on their backs.

I mean, I assumed that. But...in the past, that thing is still alive, and it's life is linked to that of the angel. The hag is just there and dead. Unless it's still gestating in her corpse. lol
