Fog gate before Midir fight

you have to go to the bridge and hit him until he falls then you can enter

Already did that. I can also enter the boss fight itself. I am just wondering why there is a fog gate when I am summoned and not in my own game.

Make it more interesting for the host or something, and there's one for summons so that the host cant just camp up top while the summons do everything.

It's obviously so nobody you summon can trigger the boss fight without you, but you can trigger it whenever you please

its been like this for every boss and every fog wall, its so you dont sit on your hands behind it while your summons do all the work in the fight.

I think we have a misunderstanding. I know that phantoms can only pass the fog after I entered. But I don't have a fog wall at Midir's. Even after I lost many fights against him.

cause you're host. You also dont have a fog wall at the prince fight either

Well.. you aren't a phantom in your own world. Demon Prince doesn't have it either.

Midir has fog wall only for phantoms, its like that for everyone.
