Each weapond does 0.75% of their damage when using the paired attack, meaning if both hits land (usually do) you'll do 50% higher damage than an r1.
This will apply to spell buffs as well.
The Warden Twinblades apply the full bleed damage per hit, so you get actually get double the bleed proc per hit.
They are also excellent at roll catching.
If you are going for dex build then Sharp infuse them and add a buff to them. If you are leaving at base stats and are going for a magic build then infuse with the coresponding element. Elemental infusions were just buffed and are now a perfectly viable option for a caster who does not have much dex or str.
A lot of people were using them when i invaded them at lower to mid levels, never quite got hit by the weapons. The lack of poking attacks and range is something that just isn't my style.
