Why lapp won't move passed earthen peak?
I did grab the ring of favor , and defeated the demon prince , and then i realized i skipped an npc in the dreg heap , so i went back to him , and now he's stuck in the earthen peak bonfire ..

He won't move to the inner walls bonfire

Try to pick also the treasure he has been talking about, the titanite slab inside the cave. If he still doesn't move then I don't know what is wrong.

You mean the tower base cave? I took everything in that place...

the cave across the other side of the swamp from where yo uenter, there are two of those harald knights and a bunch of those mushroom thingies.

If you die like 2 or 3 times Lapp will fetch the slab for you and give it to you. So maybe try that too if it may unstuck the quest progress.
