Lapp turn hostile to me
after I found the purging monument, I go back to him in the circle room. his name was Amnesiac Lapp and he turn hostile to me.

after I killed him, he drop nothing wtf

Why didn't you run away and use the purging monument to remove aggro?

Same thing happened to me. Apparently you can save him if you find the purging monument before facing Midir on the bridge.

so facing Midir first make him hostile?

also Patches is still there in firelink shrine in my world
