Infinite hp???

Hi, so i wanna do a sl1 run soon but first i need to master some bosses, so yesterday i watched Happy_hob and he was using infinite hp so my question is if i do this in offiline is there a risk of getting banned?

Yes you can still be banned.

If you are offline and using Cheat Engine there is an extremely low chance of you getting banned for Invalid Game Data.

using inf hp during a SL1 run, even for practice is more detrimental then helpful

just do a back up and every time you go online put the back up back again

if you want a better way to practice sl1, go into a new NG cycle with a current character and only run it with calamity+clutch rings(or until you get one hit by most mobs)

The point is to learn the bosses move set and when i'm comfortable and know i can dodge its attacks i start a sl1 run. Whats the point of doing a sl1 run when you have no clue about boss attack and just die over and over in 1 hit cause you have no clue wtf you're doing?

Well, okay you want infintie hp to practise, each to their own. You PROBABLY can avoid a ban if you have completely disconnected your PC from the internet (pulling the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cable) and deleting the save every time before you want to open your game while online while also backing it up.

That way chances are you will not be detected, but I am not sure if the game has some back-up fail-safe to say to the server that you were cheating even while offline and even if the save was deleted, but if that was the case there would be WAY more bans than there are now, so you should be fine.

If you just want to learn the movesets, why not use another SL120 or whatever character and learn the patterns there without cheats ? I really dont understand why you have to use a SL1 with cheats to practice.

Go to steam offline mode or disconnect internet and practice. After that restore your back up. YOu won't be banned.

This game is pretty easy and linear compared to the previous titles, as far as I can tell so far. I have thousands of hours in the other games, and find myself thinking about them while playing this casual version of Dark Souls. All these kids say 'git gud', when most of them haven't even experienced a true Souls game. Enjoy Casual Souls where everything is a half assed money grab. Now I know why Takeshi Kajii isn't makinh another DS game. This was rushed. When he made Demon's Souls his current company screwed him around, so he left for From Software. From Software is clearly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on his ideas now also..

They game lacks content, but it is not that bad.. I still rate the games as so:

1) DS2
2) DS1
3) Demon's Souls
4) DS3

I'd put Demon's Souls higher, but I rly do enjoy the others more. It really deserves a ton of praise. That game had so many secrets compared to the other titles..
