Subscribed. I only know about two invasions: seeker of the spurned (third bf near black witch set) and silver knight ledo (near 4th bf). Obviously you'll miss them if you kill the boss.

But beware, since Ledo glitched for me and four other people. Better fight him until you get him down. Had to take a break and leave the game for a bit and when I came back, he refused to spawn ever again ...

You can reset the boss fight, this should reactivate the npc invasions. Didn't test it I got invaded by all the npc phantoms.

all npc related questlines are missable
this includes Lapp and Shira
also all the item dropping invaders are missable too if you don't go around embered including Moaning Knight, Seeker of the Spurned and Silver Knight Ledo (although you can revive the boss for this particular invasion).

Seeker of the Spurned drops the almighty Wolf Ring +3, it is simply the best ring in the game so be careful you don't waste this unique opportunity!

Lapp is not missable. I finished the DLC before meeting him once and got done his questline afterwards. As for Shira, you can't miss it either, afaik.
