onikiri and ubadachi bleed build

It's obvious that cartus rouge is useless now with this weapon.
Have anyone tried bleed infusion with 40 luck?
Can you still get bleeding from L2-R1 combo?
If the answer is yes than how much dmg do you get from that combo?

I think you are salty but the thing is that it realy is - onikiri is inferior to other katanas and the only thing it got was the ability to trade with it's weapon art. It wasn't op cause ppl knew what to expect from weapon and were cautios - the windup of weapon art was very slow. In fact it was always a mindgame - onikiri wielder had to gues when his opponent will atack to use weapon art at the same time. And now even if he guesses right he will get less than half of opponents health - not enough to trade with any ultra weapon.

Still I want to know if you can get bleed combo with blood infusion.

I've read about bleed infusion at 60 luck seems "better" now, equals to carthus rouge with a weapon that bleeds from the start.
I didnt try it anyway, but maybe you can test ?

The only thing it got was the ability to oneshot ppl while trading hits using WA. In all other aspects it's worse than chaos blade cause i has no range, no speed and now - no dmg for trading.

I've got few duels vs ppl who used qualiti (maybe hollow?) buids. They got 40-45% of my health with this combo. Considering it's quite hard to land WA combo on a medicore player should I mention that this onikiri players couldn't do a ♥♥♥♥ to me?

In fact 2-hit combo from exile CGS have same dmg as onikiri WA combo.

If this weapon as become bad at PVP just use it at PVE. There is a lot of others weapons in DSIII, try some other one :).

The thing is that i wanted to make bleed build. And considering how easy it is to avoid bleed (blood moss or just take bleed dmg in your roll) this weapon was the only viable bleed weapon cause it got bleed in 1 combo and didn't allow ppl to avoid it.

If you can still get like 60-70% health with bleed infusion in 1 combo I will still make char. Otherwise I'll consider frost build.

I didnt try bleed actually, but my main character is LUCK / DEX (40 /50). I was using carthus curved sword with carthus rouge (basic). But it seems now with more luck (60?) and a bleed infusion you can proc bleed faster. Maybe can you try onikiri and ubadachi bleed infusion while hollow (left hand hollow weapon) and tell me how it's going ?

Only bleed weapon viable? lol. I've done bleed builds using different weapons and they work just fine.
