Think this might help.
Short version buffs are meh and just like armor are for show and not function cause Miyazaki hard on for Bloodborn said so.
With 50 faith use yorska's chime with lightning blade.
Blessed Weapon does very little damage wise, but adds some health regen. IMO great heal would be better.
You are best off going for Lightning Blade or Great Heal, as they both do better than your other spells. Choose between them based on if you need more damage (for a boss) or more healing (for a very long area or one with hard hitting enemies, like Irithyll).
You'd be better to use bless-gemed alt weapon in case you need it, and with Dorry's Gnawing in the slot for the likes resistant to lightening.
Blessed weapon with 60 int will add like 23 more AR to your weapon and a healing factor - similar or equal to the bless-gemed weapon. On a contraryWith Sharp Dragon Slayer Axe buffed with Lightening Weapon (50 FTH, 30 DEX) i had an axe grade weapon with ~780AR of an Ultra greatsword + some miracles to futher spiece of fight.
All in all, the only time you want a blessed weapon is when you are penetrating Catacumbs to stop skeletons from reanimating (it works). But is it even worth it anyway?
