Level Cap 120 ???

Good Morning, I just found out that there is no Game Level Cap .....
But a recommended Lvl Stop at 120.
I didn´t know that and I am now 130. Is that problem?
Can someone explain pls .... I dont understand it.

Now I can only play with / against Players with SL130?

The game tracks your soul level and allows you to connect to players only within your relative soul range. I don't know too much about it myself, as coop was never really something I did much throughout the Soulsborne games. You might find it more difficult to connect to people now that you are 10 levels above the community cap for soul level. Then again, you might still be fine. I'd stop leveling if you are after player versus player, or cooperative play. If you find it more difficult to connect to PvP than before, I'd suggest keeping your current character as a PvE character only, and rebuilding a new character specifically for PvP.

No you still can play with 120 SL. You just will get less invaders/phantoms below 120 and more ppl close to 150. If this is ok with you get going.

At SL 130 you can play with SL 120 players easily. You can also use a password to play with people out of your SL range, but you'll be brought down to the host's stat level so your HP and damage will be lower. Also, weapon levels make a difference too. Without a password, you can only connect to players within + or - 2 weapon upgrade levels; this is based off of the highest weapon upgrade your character has ever had. Being as you are level 120, I recommend you have at least one +8 or higher weapon level; though you probably already do.

ok Thx ... ok then best would be reskill at rosarias shrine to lvl120.
My used weapons are both full upgraded to +10

I don't think you can de-level at Rosaria, but if you can I would like to know.

? At Rosaria i respec allready 2 times. All points will be resettet an with each point you set your sl level will go higher ... ergo ... i can stop at 120 ... or do i forget something.

as far as i know you cant respec to lower sl

Right now i play NG+ .... and I will not start a new char because of missing Information about Level Caps in the Game. I only found this because I was wondering about my lvl 133 and In YouTube Videos they are all 120.

Just try it out and see because my main build didn't start losing COOP/PVP until around level 150, and progressively worse beyond that.

you cant de level lol, you can change your att specs but cant lower your own level, if thats the case, then there is no points of having 10 slots of characters...
