decisions, decisions, decisions..
jk, catacombs? irythill dungeon?
But more generally speaking:
dragon area, because it's too nice, and wyvern boss is a joke. (EDIT: DS is a dark fantasy game)
Anor Londo, because it's too short, and is very forgettable, even tho that area contains one of the best bosses (at least lore-wise).
Profaned Capital, same reason, but the boss isn't that great here.
Church to Sullivan before opening shortcut, reason teleporting glitchy hyper aggressive dogs that stun lock and you.
Whole map, anywhere with dogs. Reason, Dogs.
Of course, nothing beats the awfulness of Dark Souls 2's Frigid Outskirts. Especially when you're trying to solo all the bosses / areas. Luckily, I found a route that let me get through while only having to fight one Murder Horse. And the cheap reskin gank at the end isn't worth it except for completion's sake. Lud and Zallen were nowhere near as memorable as Aava, I boss I killed with shield bashes after my weapon broke halfway through (DS2 durability is the worst).
