Stone Great Shield, why no Giant Stone armor ?
They put the Stone Great shield in the game but why did they exclude the Giant STone Armor set, it was a nice looking set, and the great sword was interesting, it scaled with int, it was a good great sword and the weapon art was awesome, the enitre set had a nice look to it, old weathered stone with moss growing all over and the stone was cracked and pitted from age, it was a bad ♥♥♥ looking armor set

Same reason there's no silver knight weapons, and the DS1 tracers are cut content with a unique moveset.

Working as intended.

Nobody knows.

Bad decisions.

Balance? That makes no sense. They have to balance every armor and every weapon, what makes the mentioned so different to implement? Don't throw in a shild from DS1, if you don't include the whole set, it's just teasing.

no no no, not balance, balnace.

The kind of stuff you see when someone sends you hatemail after they heal.

More specifically: https://www.reddit.com/r/DarkSouls2/comments/2c90wb/balance_was_restored/

I guess how heavy it was could also factor into it. Fatrolling is basically death in Dark Souls 3 and you'd be wasting pointless stats into Vitality just to be able to wear it and see (hardly any difference.)

from soft most likely felt it did not need to be in ds3 or that is was too much effort to do so.
after all there are a ton of armor sets from the previous game missing.
rip chesters set :<

R.I.P all armour sets we wanted but never received. Ah Balder...how I miss you.
Festerrot Feb 23, 2017 @ 7:40pm

I know, i mean ive played a lot of dark souls 3 and i can say playing with fat roll is almost always a death sentence in pvp but i did play a build that did not use any rolling and was around 93% weight ratio it was fun it did very good in pve and i got a lot of kills with it in pvp
