Rings probably chroranthy, favour, hornet, havel / life.
Step 2, Get Warmth
Step 3, Use Warmth
Step 4, Sit in Warmth and attack from within
Step 5, When they try to get brave and constantly roll around you while getting in the Warmth use the Weapon Art but to where the Axe initially is held back in the Warmth then proceed to smash them with the Explosion.
Has a massive AOE.
Would suggest 40 Strength and 30 INT/FTH (40 if you really want to push it but lose points in other areas).
Have a build that used Demon Fists in left hand and Demon Axe in Right.
Starting Build Pyromancer
Vigor - 27
Attunement - I think 14 for two slots?
Strength - 40
Dex - 9 (never touched it, it doesn't really help)
INT/FTH - 30
I would list the Endurance and Vitality but it's subjective on the player on whether or not they need a lot of Vit or not. Then the rest in Endurance.
I also have a backup offhand Blessed Ceastus (for the extra 2 HP per second) and of course the Pyro Glove for Warmth.
Rings are Hornet, Chloro, Favor and Sun Princess.
While in Warmth and with the Ceastus and the Ring you get 39 HP per sec which is really good and counters your somewhat lacking HP and Warmth in general is a good bait.
Warmth casts quickly two so you'll get punished a lot less.
Then one hand the Demon Axe in your Right hand and Demon Fists in your Left hand (when you don't need any heals from the Blestus). Then proceed to swing the Axe or the Fists depending on how close they are and how much they like to dodge plus you can parry.
Sure swinging the Axe One Handed could lead to a parry but that's on you if that happens but meanwhile you should have fun while they try to parry your Axe and they fail. They'll try for it so long as there is a chance to get it.
Dunno why people hate Warmth really. Sure it heals but it heals for you too. Some people don't get this and throw a fit. Some in Arena will just outright not choose to enter your Warmth for whatever reason.
Like come on it heals you to! Don't make this easy for me.
Dunno why I made this post so long while all you asked for was which weapon.
I guess I gave my answer one way or another.
