the only mod that was okay was for dark souls 1 becuase they did a pretty ♥♥♥♥ port of it, and someone was able to fix it for free.
Also these mods would and could be used as a form of cheating unless they only worked offline, so afain another reason for no mods.
now does this mean i wouldn't want any? no, i would love to see more awesome armor sets and weapons for fashion souls purpose, but a steam workshop is out of the question for this game becuase they hate mods or anything that changes their game.
I know about the extra areas.
But I'm talking like, a cosmetic DLC that adds a cosmetic slot for armor.(I don't know why more of these games don't have this, it's a great feature for funzies) Of course it wouldn't work in online play but still.
Actually just remembered there are mods on the nexus site but it only does things like recolors or slightly altering the design of an item. Not sure if you can make custom items.
especially skyrim
now stop or die
Even mods cant fix that mess completly. They can somewhat fix combat but story is beyond salvation.
