No player summoning signs at Lothric, younger prince boss????

So, this is by far the hardest boss to battle against for me, since when he teleports I lose lock on and he leaves almost no openings for estus recovery........ I have not been the best at doing any of the summonable NPC's questlines and I do not want to spend millions /s of souls buying all of the spells from Orbeck in order to summon him. Sirris never showed up in firelink for me, maybe because I am going for the Lord of Hollows ending, I don't know.

So, TL;DR: I am stuck at this boss fight because no summoning signs are showing up, not even player summon signs. Why is this? Yes, I use ember.

I am SL ~83 Anri's sword luck build, summoning signs have worked for all other bosses except this m**f***.

Edit: I have a +5 Anri with +10 parry knife

weapon upgrade? and for Sirrus if you do anything with Rosaria she'll hate you for it. let alone SIrrus is like the least reliable NPC to summon imo

odd thats about the time where people usually put a weapon or 2 to +10. maybe its just cause its hella late/early in some places so not very many people willing to do so
