Dante & Vergil Cosplay Build help.

Hi all this is the third try when i tried smth with cosplays. Today's work concerning on Dante from DMC and Vergil DMC or DMC4SE. Does anyone have any ideas how to make it possible?
It will be wonderfull if someone shared a similar looking presets in character creation. Also i have no idea about armor which i should wear. I know that primary Vergil weapon will be frayed blade +5 bot nothing else yet. I would appreciate help in this matter
