Patches isn't showing at Cathedral of the deep. Help!

I've done sieg's quest up until after we kill the demon. I opened all the doors in the cathedral. Why isn't he showing up?

No. The bridge that I'm supposed to cross right after meeting him is down as well. Does opening the tower in firelink shrine stop him from appearing?

I did open the doors. I'll try walking back and forth between both. Do I have return to a bonfire or can i jjust reload the area?

I did that at the beginning of the game. He wasn't there.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you near Rosaria's Bedchambers or kill the giant near the saint's bident, Patches will move to Firelink because these actions will foil his plan to persuade you into danger and rob your body.

Otherwise, I tend to kill off the Deacons before getting Patches, he tends to consistently show up after that point.

you can kill the giants. patches even get mad because of it. you can't go to rosaria's chamber though.

you can kill the giants and he will have other dialog he wont spawn if you go to rosaria

Hm, must be Rosaria's Bedchamber then. The OP did state he opened -all- the doors, and there's a door leading the bedchamber.

So I killed the giant in before but he still showed. I never touched the bed chambers
