Unless you already did that and she told you she's done with you, in which case she is in gone from the playthrough after you reload firelink.

if she swore loyalty to you and you've killed aldrich and the twin princes she'll be dead by a grave close to the first bosses exit with the sunless talisman and her armor becomes avalible at the handmaiden who is also her grandma.

I haven't gone through those twin Princes yet... Oh god... this is the most long and hard quest. i swear! But thanks for the light, I will keep moving... Other than that, she will not show on Fire Link on her own free will, right?

from my experience she just disappears but can be summoned to help with the dragonslayer armor along side eygon(if you didn't anger him by buying dark miracles from the girl) and for the twin princes before she kills herself or whatever happens to her.

Can I force her to spawn if I use the Rosaria covenant services or will she appears dead in Fire Link? Or worse, will she keep being gone as has she been?

after she swears loyalty to you she's just gone until you kill the princes i don't think Rosaria's convenant will affect anything anymore at that point.

She still comes back all mad at you if you give Rosaria a tongue. Guess that's all her vows were worth.
