Chaos Blade Build

So my build was turning into a 40/40 str/dex build but I've come across the chaos blade and really enjoy it, I'm currently at SL 71 and will get it to SL 125, what should I redo my character to have? Reason why I'm asking is because I've never made a dex build before so not sure what I should stop dex at and what I should spend souls on (always been str or pyro).

60 dex, I guess? Put the minimum STR necessary to wield the katana and 60 DEX. Then the usual stuff with Vigor and Endurance.

Skimping on Vitality to forgo armour in favour of more Stamina is usually a safe bet. Being able to dodge and attack more frequently VS being able to take more hits. I go for attacks and dodge.

Just remember, do not hit 70% encumbrance.
