Is it possible...? Can Gael's Dexterity beard be found? Or do I have to level dex to 99 to get it? How do you obtain that glorious beard?

Well...now we're actually delving into...less legit means...We can never obtain Gael's beard. He's Soul Level 99999999. His dex is way too high for us noobies to comprehend. He stands above us all with the Legend Giantdad.
