DARK SOULS III Not responding on start up - White screen then completely black (no sound, no visuals)?
This just recently happened after I updated my computer from Windows 10 to the Windows 10 Creators Update, but before I go into detail on the main problems, here's some background information on what I dealt with ever since I got this computer:

When I first installed Dark Souls III, it would run alright in windowed mode, but would always have problems running full screen on my gaming laptop. The same happens to Skyrim: Special Edition, except it would freeze when the game loads the map when in full screen.

Anyways with Dark Souls 3, in fullscreen mode, it would just be a white screen with sound. I would Ctrl + Alt + Delete to open the task manager and then it would show up but when I go back to fullscreen, it's just a white screen.

I tampered with my gaming laptop's NVIDIA GTX 1050 graphics for Dark Souls III, and it would work before only in windowed mode, but after this update it now loads up white than cuts to a black screen regardless of it being windowed or not.

I tried reinstalling steam and installing this game to a new file directory called 'Steam Library' instead of 'Steam', but it still acts the same.

Example:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam Library

Here are my specifications:

OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home 10.0.15063 Build 15063
Model: ASUS Strix GL753VD-DS71 (64-bit)
Processor: 7th generation Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 GDDR5 @ 4.0 BG (128-bit)
RAM: 16GB DDR4 RAM
BIOs: American Megatrends Inc. GL753VD.301, 1/6/2017
BIOs Mode: UEFI

And here are the settings I currently have set for Dark Souls III in the NVIDIA Control Panel:

High-performance NVIDIA processor

Anisotropic filtering - Use global setting (Application-controlled)
Antialiasing - FXAA - Use global setting (Off)
Antialiasing - Mode - Use global setting (Application-controlled)
Antialiasing - Transparency - Use global setting (Off)
CUDA - GPUs - Use global setting (All)
Maximum pre-rendered frames - Use global setting (Use the 3D application setting)
Multi-Frame Sampled AA (MFAA) - Use global setting (Off)
Multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration - Use global setting (Multiple display performance mode)
Power management mode - Prefer maximum performance
Shader Cache - Use global setting (On)
Texture filtering - Arisotropic sample optimization - Use global settings (Off)
Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias - Use global setting (Allow)
Texture filtering - Quality - Use global setting (Quality)
Texture filtering - Trilinear optimization - Use global setting (On)
Threaded optimization - Use global setting (Auto)
Triple buffering - Use global setting (Off)
Vertical sync - Use global setting (Use the 3D application setting)
Virtual Reality pre-rendered frames - Use global setting (1)

Please if there is anyone who knows how to fix this, please help.

Edit #1:

I even followed these settings, but they didn't work:

Edit #2:

Okay so, I fiddled with NVIDIA GeForce Experience and I updated the drivers through a custom install. It seems to be opening as a white screen with a mouse cursor in windowed mode for a little while before it says that the game is not responding and then says that it will close the program. I feel like I'm getting closer to figuring it out, but I'm still uncertain.
Please help if necessary?

Edit #3:

Not like anyone cares, but I was able to get it to run again. Only problem is that the mouse cursor switches between the in-game cursor and the windows default mouse cursor that you would see on your desktop. I uninstalled the windows 10 creators update. Uninstalled Steam deleted all Steam files and reinstalled Steam along with my games. It somewhat worked, but my Dark Souls 3 game is stuttering as well during gameplay. The camera is stuttering, while the game runs on high performance at 60 fps. I don't know how to fix this problem. As I said, I deleted all steam files. Even the %appdata% dark souls 3 folder, so I lost all my data, which flipping sucks, but I am still having launch issues. The game does launch but the mouse cursor problem and the lag is getting really annoying.
