Good UGS for Quality Builds ?

doing a quality build, currently 40/40 str/dex
and i just wanted to have a lot of weapons in different catagory's, wondering which is good for quality build (lategame/ng+)

Cathedral of Deep Knight UGS is a nice one. It is great for fashion souls too.

Claymore is a great sword. Not an UGS.

Zweihander is a good starter. It is the bigger cousin of Claymore.

refined lothric knights greatsword (its an UGS despite the name), add lightning buff for extra spice

The Profaned Greatsword is a pretty cool UGS with C scaling in both str and dex.
Farron's greatsword is a dex weapon, but the rest of UGS are str weapons. But obviously the advantage of a quality build is that you should be able to use pretty much every weapon quite effectively, so I'd just advise you to try them all out and see which one you like the most.

sharp wins over refined by a whole 3 points 2 handed, and 22 one handed (at 40, 40), i didnt realise... but then i only use it blessed on a faith build

I have 40/40 as well. I have five different Lothric Knight Greatswords, ranging from Refined to Blessed. With my stats, the best performance comes from the Blessed (but I have 70 faith) The second best goes to Chaos (which is contributed to my faith, again) The Refined and Sharp versions can still be buffed with Lightning Blade or Resins, etc... With the Blessed and Chaos, I get roughly 800AR, with Refined/Sharp I'm about 120 lower on both, cutting in at around 660-680, but when buffed with Lightning Blade it jumps up to ~900 AR (also, again, because of Faith).

In terms of sheer damage, the Lothric Knight Greatsword definitely takes the top, but it's heavy, and many people complain about splitting damage types between physical and blah blah. When you hit for about 1200-1500 with a fully charged R2, you don't need to worry about split damages too much.

That being said, the Zweihander, when Refined, has some of the best scaling of the UGS weapons, with a Mid-B for STR, and Mid-C for DEX, but the damage will always be over 100 off of the Lothric.
