NPC invaders disappeared

For some reason, outside of Hordrich, all NPC invaders don't show up for all of my playthroughs. I play in offline mode if that helps.

Are you embered? You need to be embered for NPC's to invade you.

They will also only invade of the boss of the area they invade is still alive.

some npcs have certain spots you need to go to to trigger their spawn,like Heysel's is in the middle of that watery area and the basilisks (both in farron) for her invasions

I think I got invaded by Heysel, while playing online. Was there any update that change NPC invaders in offline mode?

Other explanation is that you need to progress certain questlines for certain invaders to appear.
As examples you have to gank Creighton with Sirris in order for him to invade you later, or you gotta piss off Yuria for Pale Shade to show up.

not that im aware of,otherwise i wouldnt get invaded by npcs,as i dont go online until i've cleared out an area,including npc invaders

so most of the time i play offline,so there doesnt seem to be anything preventing them from invading you if you follow the proper steps to get invaded by them

I'm having the same problem, even with DLC npcs.
As soon as you go online they invade however.

So according to this, red invaders won't show up if STEAM is offline, doesn't matter if the game is. Wtf Gaben.
