experiance, get used to her moves so you can predict them easier, just like any boss
well,in that case...
GIT GUD FILTHY CASUL
happy?
its a very important part of this,as im sure you know
Perhaps that is the key to this. \ [T] /
perhaps you are in need of some Jolly Co-operation,although sadly i myself cannot help, due to lacking the magical and mysterious means to access the Painted World of Ariandel,so perhaps a fellow warrior of sunlight can help one as noble as you
i tried to make this sound like something Solaire might say,if you havent noticed, not sure if i did good or not, cant tell
EDIT: Although, he is a free un-embered summon, so I suppose there has to be some downside to that.
Also I'm growing an appreciation for Friede's theme...mostly first phase but still.
On my own SL1/Weapons +0 run, I actually found Dancer to be easy (since I had already been acclimatized for the fight/phases on my prior SL12/Weapons +2 run).
The boss that took me a long time to kill was Champion Gundyr (for some odd reason), because of the inconsistent behaviour of the boss when he goes into Phase 2. I was unlucky enough to get chased with the charge and spin attack for 20 times consecutively in one of the fights. Was using Parry and Riposte strategy against Champion Gundyr.
And coming back to Friede, I still haven't killed her because Phase 3 requires me to have a phantom and switch to a knock_out/stagger weapon. Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the fight is a complete breeze for me, backstabs in Phase 1 and Phase 2 bleed on Ariandel (its quite easy to avoid Friede in the fight).
I also cannot summon Gael, because I already killed Gael (sign is not present).
Note: Against Friede at any phase, you can stop any of her attacks/movements by just throwing a knife or some bolt/arrow. You can make her stagger our of her current attacks (except 1), like the dangerous charging attack in Phase 3 where she would cast two black serpents.
