ps4 to pc
is it possible to transfer my saved files on playstation to my pc?

I don't think so, would be neat. Also vice versa, pc to ps4.

Highly unlikely as the game uses license checks for items. And even if you could, you could not use the PS4 exclusives on the PC and vise versa.
