New character new world or old world?
Cant find a discussion on this anywhere but is it easier to level a new character in a already explored universe, or a new universe?

A lot of experience comes from completing quests, so it would probably be easier to level in a new world...

But my second character I just unlocked new portals and did the random event quests and he hit level 30 before I beat the big boss at level number 20... so I think leveling is kinda easy all around in this game.
