Stuck *SPOILERS*

I was stuck at the counter in the basement after I woke up Ben from the knock up with the dino-nazis . I moved up the stairs then down, and suddenly clipped into the counter with the generator. I thought it was nothing and tried to walk, but nothing happened. I pressed the button on Professor Alan's time machine and Dan moves toward it as if Ben was going to it, but instead, Ben stays there and plays the animation of pressing the button. I tried saving and restarting but no avail. I really don't want to restart the save but before I do, is there any way to get him out?
