Sudden strike 4 / ps4 .. load / save probs

please update the game as well as your PlayStation4's firmware. This should get this sorted.

I had the same issue when I played a year ago. CE-30028-3 error appears when you try to save the game during the mission. Game doesn't crush, so you can proceed, but without saving. The game actually creates a save file, but it has wrong preview picture and can't be loaded.
Now I returned to the game after a year. I played 3 missions normally and then in Kursk (USSR) problem returned. Now I face it in every mission, so I have to play without saving.
Both game and PS4 system software are up-to-date.
