What happened to Fireglow Int., original SS owner?

Probably bankrupt, cause you know situation with SS3 was not going very well for both CDV and Fireglow. And now they sold SS4. Probably the whole franchise will be owned by Kalypso if everything goes well.

I got the announce of SS4 will released while I had failed to open the site of Fireglow's which is still working several months ago .

No it is not. Fireglow only sold Sudden Strike 4, not the whole franchise.

Well , how do you know only 4 ?
I think Kalypso has got the series' copyright and Kite Games is working under the Kalypso's permission since Fireglow and CDV all closed thier site at this time . Am I right ? :-/

Because I acutally asked devs about it. For now they have only rights on SS4 and not the whole franchise.

you mean Kalypso owns the SS franchise and Kite Game is the sole developer for SS4 ONLY. Who will work on SS5, 6, or 7 will be up to Kalypso to decide
