Report a translation problem
as we have stated already, problems in multiplayer can have an unfinite number of reasons, to be found on client- and for sure on server-side and even both.
So best would be, if you can collect as much details as possible from those matches and provide them to our technical support, that our support is able to forward this directly to our developers.
Most important would be:
- dxdiag.txt of all participating machines, not just the host's
- log-files from all players
- A small description, what you are experiencing, when. E.g. which map, gamemode, participants, and so on.
- A possible list of all software, that might intervene. E.g. all of you are using avast or something that we might be able to pinpoint this problem.
