Checked the integrity of the gmae files 3 times and there was no issue.
Uninstalled and reinstalled and still same problem.
Checked the firewall access as well and all was good.
And lastly ran as administrator and still had the same issue.
Anyone one find out how to fix it?
could you please share your system specs when reporting a crash? As crashes are similar, yet each crash can have a complete different reasoning and in most cases related to hard- and/or software.

in most cases this can simply be fixed by installing the latest C++ installation:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
Feel free to update this thread accordingly, if this already got you covered or still having difficulties strating the game properly. Thanks in advance.

a possibility would also be running the official tool from Microsoft, to see, if the crash might be related to a corrupted/outdated Micorsoft installation.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=30135
This tool will repair Windows-installations/-drivers/-archives that might be broken and/or corrupted.
Additionally, troubleshooting via Steam and teh game itself could also do the trick already.
To do so:
-cheers
If u play from ea, is on C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
If u play on steam search it on C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\igo64.dll or in ur steam folder
