How is the map editor available?

I have completed all missions in the game. I want to create a sudden strike4 mission using the map editor. I have a lot of related ideas in my head and want to express it. In previous versions of sudden strike2, I made various missions using the map editor, and got a great response from the Korean community. However, I do not know how to download the map editor here, neither in the store nor in the creative field. I would appreciate your advice on how to do this.
