I looked at DeltaModifier.txt (one of the files that DOSEE uses to generate items) and you've named the only two items that "crafting" appears on (gloves and belts).
Out of curiosity, I created a sample ItemCombos.txt (DOSEE's recipe file) with a single recipe to add Crafting +1 to the basic Source Hunters Sarong that each player character starts with. Worked like a charm. I'd imagine altering it to affect rings or amulets would be a simple matter, but since I had to create a New Game and start from scratch I didn't have any rings or amulets to make an attempt. (I don't think the characters acquire access to them until several levels into the game.)
If you're interested in the details, let me know. Note that this method doesn't use a mod.pak file it just places a custom ItemCombos.txt file in Data/Public/Shared/Stats. It also causes an error message to popup whenever you start the game, but it doesn't seem to cause any other issues.
I will wait for my next level (7th) and have my stay-at-home crafter (in my case Bairdotr) learn the 'scientist' talent, which will give her the necessary 5th point in crafting that is needed to make many items (She currently has two points invested in crafting, plus bracers that give +1 and a belt that gives +1).
I may well use her for Blacksmithing as well, just swapping the +1 crafting items with two +1 Blacksmithing ones.
